Under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Supervisor the Social Worker/Clinican is responsible for providing quality therapeutic services to patient’s served to include education, counseling, and support to families and patients in an outpatient setting. Demonstrates actions and attitudes that contribute to the critical access factor of the organization. Counselors should ensure the patient’s needs are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with policies, procedures, and adhere to current federal and state regulations.
