McCready Health is seeking a clinically driven and self-motivated Director of Rehabilitation/Physical Therapist to work with a dynamic multidisciplinary therapy team in multiple settings to provide services to a variety of patients.

The Director is responsible for administration and operation of the Rehabilitation Department, which consists of outpatient, acute care, short term care and long term care, and for leading and ensuring patient quality, outcomes and efficient processes. The Director also provides physical therapy services to patients in multiple settings within the scope of physical therapy practice and standards, and is responsible for monitoring admissions, treatment schedules, tracking MDS assessment periods and data, providing clinical supervision, and case management.
