Geriatric Nursing Assistant

A Geriatric Nursing Assistant performs patient care activities and related duties under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse. Assignments are specific in nature and are carried out in accordance with standing instructions and McCready Health policies and procedures. Associate implements the philosophy and objectives of the Director of Nursing in the daily nursing care of the residents.
This is a full time position.
Qualifications or Certifications Required
Geriatric Nursing Assistant Certification or Certified Nursing Assistant preparing to test for GNA.
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
Required to work weekends on a regular basis and holidays as needed.
Required to work overtime as needed.
May be required to work in any assigned wing of the nursing home or department in the Foundation.
